A. To subscribe, please visit commercial-analytics.com/subscribe.  From here, you can sign up for CA-Online, which provides access to all of our data-sets visualized in responsive dashboards, or select which reports you would like to subscribe to. 

Q. How can I participate and receive complimentary reports?
A. To be a contributor, please visit commercial-analytics.com/contribute. This page explains essential information and provides two ways to contribute: fill out an online survey; or email rent rolls to us at securedata@commercial-analytics.com. 

Q. Where can I provide feedback about Commercial Analytics?

Q How frequently is data collected?
A. We collect rent and vacancy data in March and September. 

Q. How is my data kept secure and confidential?
A. Our team aggregates data to a three-property minimum, ensuring property-level and contributor confidentiality. Singular property data is never exposed in reporting. Commercial Analytics uses a NavigatorCRE platform, which was custom built for the CRE industry to securely store and filter data. NavigatorCRE is built and hosted on Microsoft’s Azure infrastructure, allowing data to be kept private, secure and encrypted.

A. Currently, we focus on multi-family buildings in King, Pierce, Snohomish, & Kitsap counties.
